Intrepid customer Frank Konigseder knows luxury and craftsmanship when he sees it. His family’s company, Liberty Coach, is the premier manufacturer of Prevost motorcoach conversions, the finest recreational vehicles in the world. So, when he had the opportunity to tour Intrepid’s production facility in Largo, Florida, Frank recognized a commitment to quality which contributed to his decision to order a new 407 Panacea.
He and his wife, Denise, were in the Tampa Bay area for the Florida RV Supershow and decided to get a behind-the-scenes glimpse at Intrepid’s “one-of-kind, one-at-a-time” approach to boat building. Frank explained, “Joe Brenna gave us a tour and was very informative on how things come together and the integrity of the construction. We were very impressed, and the experience just solidified feelings we’ve had about Intrepid for years.”
Frank grew up in a boating family, and spent summers on the Great Lakes around Waukegan, Grand Haven and Petoskey. He has fished extensively from a variety of powerboat brands owned by the family.
The Konigseder’s new 407 Panacea is ideal for the changing needs of their family. While his previous boat was a “fishing machine with few creature comforts,” their new Intrepid is spacious and luxurious enough to take an upcoming summer trip with three grand kids to Hope Town and The Abacos in the Bahamas.
Frank is extremely positive about building and owning an Intrepid. He said, “They couldn’t have been kinder and nicer, and the boat just is absolutely spectacular.”
